Hi Joey, I love your show. I have this question on my house gua. I am living in an apartment, main door facing South (S2) where else, the building is facing West (W2). I read in some of your replies that to determine house gua, super impose the building chart to the apartment unit chart. Which 8 house mansion does mine belong too ? Also, there is an odd shape swimming pool infront of the main entrance of the building. Is there any bad effect to the Chi ? Thank you.

I & my husband has totally opposite Qua. He belongs to West group (Qua#2) and I am East Group (Qua#1). Since our good and bad sectors are totally opposite of each other, what do we do when deciding the placement of bedroom & living room?

Besides renovation are there any ways of mitigation ? Thanks

Dear Joey & Team, I enjoyed your show/website/books very much BUT I think I am getting paranoid and very worried indeed! You see, I have a Xun house and I have constraints to shift my main door which is in north west inauspicious sector. If I move in and stay without shifting the main door to a better location, will the effects harmful??? Thank you very much.

Dear Master Yap, Its indeed an honour for me to congratulate you for your great TV show on Feng Shui which is showcased in the national television. I have a query on my house feng shui. My house which is a semi-d faces North and is situated on a junction whereby the junction faces directly to my house gate. However this junction is not a busy one and i have covered my gate with a plastic sheet. Would it in any way block the chi of the house? My house front door is located facing the east. I would thus appreciate for your kind advise on this matter. Thank you Best wishes, Aron

Dear Master Yap, I have enjoy your show in TV 18 very much and I think you very professional in your approach on feng shui. I have read books and attend seminars on FengShui by a few authors, some say that the gird method is not accurate as compared to the pie-chart method. Can you advise which one is the correct method? Please explain why the prefer method. Look forward to have your reply. Thank You.

Hi Joey, If a house is narrow and has rooms on either sides of the home, how do I fit the 9-grid in proportionately?. I believe you have advised that chi is contained within a room. Where does the centre grid go? Thanks. Shobana

Hi Joey, your show has been brilliant to remove confusing myth beliefs. My question is if the sector in my house with 8 facing star has a toilet, does it has any ill-effect on my wealth luck? If yes, what can I do. My house is facing SW2 and the NE sector is where the toilet located. Please advice.

Dear JY, Is it a myth or truth, that one should not have two sets of stove in a house, that is one set in the dry kitchen and another set in the wet kitchen, which symbolises the master of the house will have two families, i.e. a wife and a mistress.

Dear Joey, Hi my name is Adeline Chin from KL. I have been following your TV Series for a couple of weeks now and was kinda wondering how to acheive harmonious results using the 8 Mansion. Both my partner and I have completely oppossite directional base system. My best direction is his worst direction. Can we still live happily in the same home. How can we fine tune or find the best direction to suit us both in regards to the bedroom, kitchen as well as the main door so that we can enhance our fengshui for our careers. My 8 Mansion/Kua no is 8 and his is 9. Do we also have to look at the Bazi calculations as well? Pls advise Adeline

Hello Joey, Firstly, I enjoy your show on 8TV every Sunday and I catch them when I can. Anyway, I'm a resident in an apartment. Do I check my "main door direction" as from the balcony that is exposed to the outdoor or my actual main door facing the corridor where I use as entrance to my unit? Do I need to check the direction and location of my apartment in relation to the building itself? Please advise. Thank you. Sincerely, Hui Chyr

I am reading your Bazi book, i am a bit confuse here. A Yin Earth Day Master born in Pig season, thats winter. So the Wealth Element is strong but the DM is not weak as it shown in EB and Hidden Stems in Dog & Ox Year. This year 2005 is a Rooster year, that is Wood (HS) and Metal (EB). As a Strong DM, Influence Element - Wood and Output Element (Metal) support to be a Favourable Element to Strong DM. Why is this peson going thru a bad wealth year? Pls advice. Thanks you.

Hi Joey, I am Yong Yoon Fatt from Cheras. I am staying in a double storey terrace house with a drop of about 20 feet height after my backyard fencing. I heard people said it is no good to stay in a house with a drop at the back of your house, i.e. the back road is about 20 feets lower than my backyard garden. But only can see distant mountain from very far (I think more than 30km away). Hope you can advise. Thanks in advance for your advice.
