Hi Joey, I am Yong Yoon Fatt from Cheras. I am staying in a double storey terrace house with a drop of about 20 feet height after my backyard fencing. I heard people said it is no good to stay in a house with a drop at the back of your house, i.e. the back road is about 20 feets lower than my backyard garden. But only can see distant mountain from very far (I think more than 30km away). Hope you can advise. Thanks in advance for your advice.

Dear Yong, we can't generalize so don't worry unless you are sure that this formation is indeed unfavourable. Many Hong Kong millionaires have the back of their houses facing the sea! So ... Cheers! SN
