Dear Joey, Both my apartment block and unit(balcony) is facing E2(period 7). My unit entrance door is located at NW sector. Does this mean my house gua is 7? If so am I in trouble because Chinese always believes that balcony is the main receiver of Qi and in my case East is Jue Ming, with facing star #7 at East? Thanks and best regards,

Dear Master Joey Yap, Thanks for sharing with all of us on the talks for Apartments. We have always enjoyed your talks but sad to say that there will be only 2 more episode and thats the end. You have made our "Sunday Night" so exciting and special. We have some questions and hope you have the time to reply us. Personal particulars: Ming Gua is " 2 "(Kun) Ming Gua element is "Earth" Belong to "West Group" Q1. To determined the compass reading for the apartment building facing direction, do i stand at the "mid point" of the total length of the whole building (my back behind the building) or do i stand at the "mid point" of the total length of the compound (ie. the perimeter fencing) to determined the compass reading. Q2. To determined the flying star chart, which comes first, the facing direction or the sitting direction. Cos when i take the facing direction it is W285 degree (ie. W3) and sitting direction is E75 degree (ie E1). The flying star chart (downloaded from your website) shows that for Sitting E1 therefore facing is W1. and Sitting E2/E3, the facing is W2/W3. Kindly advise which chart do i follow for the compass reading that i have taken for my apartment does not relate to your chart. Q3. Assumption: If i follow the flying star chart for "Facing W3 and sitting E2/E3" the "Facing Wealth Star No. 8 is in my masterbedroom and following the "House Qua it is in the "Wu Gui which is a bad sector. Therefore do i still sleep in this room or it is advisable to move out from this bad sector. If i move out from this room should i place a water feature to tap the wealth star no. 8? Q4. My apartment house qua is" Facing West, Sitting East". If preference is to move out form the bad sector, (note. masterbedroom in Wu Gui, 2nd bedrrom in Jue Ming the only option that i have is to move into the 3rd room, at present is my computer ans store room. Master Joey, part of this room is in the "centre of the house sector"and part of it is in the "u Wei sector" This room has a beam running across the room. So to avoid having the bed under the beam the only location that i could place inside this room is in the centre sector of the house. Is it OK to sleep in the centre of the house. Is the centre of the house considered a good sector. Thanks again Master Joey. Ever since i saw your TV program, i am now very keen and interested to know about "Feng Shui". When i am able to have some savings and money is not a problem anymore, my wish is to attend all your classes and to learn from you. We be waiting for for TV show tonight. Thanks and have many2 pleasant day to come. Yours faithfully, Chan Seow Chong

Is it true that the fung shei of the house changes every seven years? Is it neccessary to change the setting of the house to maintain the fung shei? What is your suggested move? If to move in to a new house, is it importance to refer to the specific date? What would be the elements to concern?

Hi Joey, This is my 4th time submitting question through JoeyYap.com. I hope my question will be picked this time... Thank you for your fengshui guidelines all these while. I have some questions which need your advice desparately: - I had bought a North Sitting (N2) and South Facing (S2) terrace house. Unfortunately, the main door of the house is opened at South West Corner, which is "Jue Ming" corner. Can you advice me what can I do about it without actually renovating it, or at least reduce the impact of this bad corner. I have come across of "Activate the best corner of the house" in your show. How do I "Activate the best corner of the house"?? By using water feature?? Or is there any other way of actvating it?? Please guide. Thank you Best Regards Ong Hua Seong

To map auspicious sectors [by referring to joeyyap.com Eight mansions House Gua Reference Table] SINCE there is NO '5', is '2' [the original Gua number being Southwest sitting] to be used? Thank you. Thank you Joey Yap for making accessible such interesting information in the comfort of the home; thank you Sherwin Ng for the prompt reply to the earlier question.

Hi Joey. Need your advise on changing from period 7 to 8. I m staying in an apartment 2nd floor whereby my facing palace(main door) is SW2/3 as you know that is the apartment building main door not my apartment entrance.Correct me if I m wrong ,to seek apartment main door should be face the whole apartment building main door, right ? Next question what shall I do to change the period to 8. changing Roof is out of the question so is painting the whole building. Can I solve the problem by renovated my apartment ceiling and painted with a new coat of paint instead perhap change the door too? or put a new tiles on the floor ? please advise me. thanks

I came across a mole removal stall at a shopping mall. I have a small mole under my mouth on the left side. The chart says its unrequitted love, if i'm not mistaken. Well, I had been dumped many times before I got married. Have been married 16yrs and hubby's still frigid when it comes to showing affections.Worse still, our signs, elements and gua clash. We get along so long as I don't nag or stress him out. Should I have the mole removed?

I tried the BAZI tools and note that in my bazi , there is "Seven Killings" in it. What does it mean? It makes me worry although I know you will need the full birthdata for a full BAZI reading. Thanks in advance for your clarification.

Hi Joey, I have been following your fengshui programs in NTV8 ever since it launch and in one of your episodes concerning education, you emphasized that the 4-1 or 1-4 combination of stars works really well to enhance education and I would like to know if it still works the same in enhancing academic luck for my children, whose life qua really suits on that particular sector that happens to fall on negative base star No.5. Please advise. Thanks and regards, Adam Soo

Dear Joey, I am unsure on the status of my house & on the application of 8 Mansion & Flying Star. My house S&P is in 2003, but completed in 2005. I am expecting to move in next year after completing the renovation. Q- is my house a Period 8 house? Q- my house's Main Door faced S2 and I am trying to map the 8 Mansion diagram but not sure how it can be done. The problem is my Main Door is at the lefthand side(from inside looking out) of the building. If I plot the 9 square diagram, the "South square" will be at the lefthand side. Is it correct to say the square at the back of "south square" is "SE square"?? And the back of SE square is E square, etc continue according to the sequence. Q-Can I apply S2 Flying star diagram for my house or should I apply other diagram and can I apply it to any areas or rooms or I have to use other flying star diagram for each rooms/areas? Hope to received some feedback & advise from you soon. Thank you very much. Your TV show is great, enjoyable, interesting & full of knowledge. Best regards. Yeoh

Dear Joey Yap, In your TV shows, You have emphasise that the importance of Feng Shui is not what ornament You place but in the direction. I have read that there are 2 groups according to One's Kua's number. I belong to East group, whereby NorthWest is not an auspicious direction I should face. I have bought a house facing NorthWest, Will the house affects me negatively future? Thank You. Best regards, Lim
