I have read books and attend seminars on FengShui by a few authors, some say that the gird method is not accurate as compared to the pie-chart method. Can you advise which one is the correct method? Dear BH Lim, Both the Grid (9 Palaces) and the Pie method have their unique usages. We need to use both methods. As a general guide, if you are measuring external environmental influences, then you need to use the Pie chart. However, when you are assessing the Qi flow internally, you can use the 9 Palaces.
