Master Joey Yap, with reference to your book (BAZI THE DESTINT CODE) , does it mean that my ancestors are unable to give their decendant the added edge (good luck, wealth) since they were cremeted and ashes were thrown into the seas according to their religious beliefs? What is your opinion?

Dear Joey, When I superimpose my house plan on to the house gua, do i include the garden area, car porch area and back yard? Or only the perimeter of my built-up area. TQ

My 2 storey house and main door faces North however there is a bathroom/toilet on our second floor just over the main door Is this bad feng shui and I read in a feng shui book that we must not use that bathroom name Tan Hooi Leng d.o.b. 9.10.1956

Dear Joey Yap, Keen to find out...According to many fengshui books and consulting some practisioners, i've learned that the animal sign of BOAR & SNAKE clashes. However, i do understd that it also depends of the Bazi of the both person. It seems true from the reading that, the relationship in the beginning works, but not after sometime. I'm bound with DOUBTS and fear, whether or not to put in effort to patch things up in this relationship. Dear Joey, I have 2 questions. 1) I used a compass and determined that my main door faced NW (road in front, opposite the front are another row of houses) but I have difficulty determining the direction of my house. My house is a single storey semi-d, the front of house faced NW. There is no back lane but a small backyard at the rear. All the backyard of the houses are joined by the back of other rear houses. How do I determine my house direction and the house gua. 2) Since earlier advice mentioned "should not" renovate this year due to front door facing NW, any way out as I cannot afford to waste several months idling! Dear Sir, My gua 2, First Son gua 3, Second Son Gua 8 & Wife Gua 7. My ( 6 period) building faceing East 2 & My II floor apt. door faceing North 2 & location at NW. My Kitchen is in East & faceing West. We r sleeping in SW room while first son sleep at North & also North faceing. My wife has suger problem & First son has some breathing problem. I intend to renovate the West sector of my condo. However, I realise that the Grand Duke Jupiter resides in that sector in 2005. I have yet to move into the premise. Would it be "safe" for me to undertake renovations now or must I wait till next year when the Grand Duke Jupiter resides in the Northwest sector? Hi Joey, I'm confuse and I would like to get your advise whether we wear the amulet like Thai amulets will bring us good luck, better relationship , protection , etc.. ? I have various Thai amulets and I have wearing them and sometimes it good and sometimes not ? I almost lost on this and spent plenty of money to purchase the amulets and some of them just put a side after I felt it was unsuitable after I have weared it for few days or weeks. Hi Master, Really enjoy your mian xian talk last sunday. Thanks for sharing. I always wondering how my mum judging the direction without loupan or compass when offering prayer, e.g. welcoming the 'choi san' etc. I did ask her and she said that sun rise from east and set at west. I understand that it is not good to have a big water feature in the middle of the house. What is the reason? My front door is facing north and in the north sector.
