I understand that it is not good to have a big water feature in the middle of the house. What is the reason? My front door is facing north and in the north sector. I intend to put a pond in my large foyer but 1/2 of the pond will be at the north sector and 1/2 of it at the centre sector. The remaining of the centre sector will be my indoor garden. Is it okay? Thanks.

Dear KH, the centre of a property should be quiet, but water is always Yang (even still water comprises of moving particles). If the centre is the location of the 'heart' we don't want to rattle it, right? The North sector is water-friendly though ... Cheers! SN
