I live in an apartment. An apartment has only a door and my door faces two doors of what it is written "saluran" and another door "letrik" both facing my main door. Do you think i need to hang a 'pak kua' mirror? If I need to, what date is appropriate. I was made to understand that we should avoid knocking and nailing this year. Dear Master Yap. My Sister brought a Condo. Pls advise it is true on Floor 9 and above the facing unit is the facing balcony which is facing South ( S3) not the facing of the unit main door(N1). If 8 floor and below, taking the main doorof the unit instead. How about the building of the facing(S3). I am confuse, Pls adv.

Dear Joey, I am in a dilemma - to continue constructing my hill slope bungalow house facing a gently flowing stream at the lower level that is curving outwards in a North East direction at the left boundary of my land as per the Architectural plan or orientate the facing position of the house to face South East perpendicular to the stream by paying a high price in the repositioning of the house. The architectural plan positioning the house facing North East is determined by the contour of the slope from the Architect point of view. In having the front of my house facing the North East direction, the stream water flowing from right to left in front of the house is gradually flowing away from the front of the house in a North Easterly direction, more so when the stream curves towards NE at the left boundary of my land. I am really not at all happy with the positioning of the house facing NE direction and consciously knowing that the water is flowing away from the front of the house. From the feng shui point of view, my house should face South East and perpendicular to the stream where the water passes in front of the house from right to left and changes course towards the North East direction only after passing through my land. To me, the ideal facing direction of the house with the stream in front is the South East direction and not the North East direction as determined by the Architect. I can reorientate the positioning of the house to face SE according to my liking, but the time and the cost involved may not be on my side. I would be grateful if you could kindly advise me the remedies available to overcome the problem which I have to face in the house facing the NE direction with the stream water also flowing in the same direction away from the front of the house. The stream is approximately 50 yards away from the front of the house. I have to meet the Architect and the contractor in a few days' time to come to a painful decision where I have to weigh the extra cost involved in the reorientation of the house as the construction of the house is going to commence soon. Hi Joey Yap, After determined my house gua, my wife and myself personal gua, I realized that my wife’s personal gua is 3 and my gua is 6 which is my 4 auspicious direction will be my wife’s bad direction and vice versa. Eg, my auspicious direction for bed placing is to the “West” but “West” is a bad direction for my wife. In this case how to pose for a good feng shui direction for both of us? Thank you. In your episode 2 where calculation of personal gua is taught. For Male reduce to single digit and use 10 to .minus 3 and for female reduce to single digit add 5. I do not seem to derive my wife gua number, she is born in the year 1961, so I add up the last 2 digits is 7, how do I proceed from here as I cannot add single digit. Does it mean I just add 5 to 7? Dear Master, I've heard that having a fire hydrant facing directly towards the main door is not good feng shui as having too much water would have "drown" the occupant's luck. If so, are there any remedies for this? For instance, can the bagua helps?

I move in a new house three years ago. When facing my house, I have 2 penal sliding doors on the right and a single wooden side door on the left. I have been using this side door as entrance into my house. Further more, on top of this door is my masterbed room toilet on the 1st floor. People said it is bad to use a door which is below a toilet as he main door. What is your advice? Should i change it to the sliding door ad my main entrance? Pls advice.
