i'm looking forward to buy a 2nd hand property but i'd like to get some advise here because the back of that property is situated to a river . as ppl saying a good piece of property should have a mountain at its back and a river at front . r there any harmful / unauspicious effects when there's a river at the back of the property ?thanks !

Hi Willie, it's hard to judge from here. 'Mountain-back, river-front' is a textbook situation, but as you know, there are always exceptions. (I believe that many properties overseas have rivers behind) We have to assess the direction/location of water, and also see if it supports the natal Flying Star chart for that property. Cheers -SN
