Everbody in a house has different Gua .Some belong to East and some are West Group .I have difficulties in placing the bed. (1)It is best to used house Gua Or personel Gua for everbody? (2) Can some of us use House Gua and some use Personel Gua ?(in order to choose the best sector).(3) what should I do If a sector is good according to Personel Gua(exam.Sheng Qi) but is bad according to House Gua (exam.Jue Ming)

I am in a "Dilemma" and doesn't know what should I do now. I bought a DS house about 2 years ago after consulted a Feng Shui master before we select the house. This FS master told us that the house has good FS and even the house no is good for our family. I consulted another Feng Shui Master 2 months ago after I collected the keys from the developer. After viewing the house, this feng Shui Master told me that it would be a disaster for me and my family if I move into this house. According to him, he can ensure me that I will get cancer, my daughter would need to go through surgeries, robber will break into my house and LOTS of BAD things would happen to me and my family. We actually intend to move into this house by year end. What should we do now?????

Dear Master, I move into a condominium 3 months ago and l believe in feng shui. i had renovated my house and i had followed feng shui guidelines to meet my desire. Everytime i see my house or go into my house i feel very comfortable and happy but until i found out that there is a building going to be build infront of house. Dear Master Yap, You said 8 Mansions and Flying Star are 2 different fengshui schools. However, we may apply both as they both complement each other. Now my confusion comes in. You see, my house faces NE3. Like most typical terrace houses, my main entrance is located in the centre but facing N. Under 8 mansion, the Sheng Chi is in the facing palace where my current entrance is located. So this is consider good. But in Flying Star Fengshui, there is double 7 star at my entrance (my house is a Period 7 house). So, should I just concentrate on 8 mansion since it gives me better fengshui. Or should I change my house to Period 8? Please advise me because this is really confusing as I learn deeper into fengshui. Thank you.

Hi Joey.I am born on 20 August 1980. I was watching your episode 12 on Five Yellow Sha, 3 Killings and Grand Duke. My house is facing South and I stay in my room in the South West sector. I read somewhere in one of your article that the Five Yellow Sha is in South West sector and one should not activate it because it will bring bad luck. Recently, the aircon in my bedroom broke down and we had a contractor to come over and fix a new one. Obviously there are some hacking/ drilling the hole on the wall involved. After I watched your episode last night I realised that I might have activated it, and we didn't consult feng shui master to get a suitable date to minimise the effects of Five Yellow Sha. My question is this, assuming I have activated the Five Yellow Sha, is there anything I can do negate or reverse the effect? Will sleeping in another room help?
