I intend to renovate the West sector of my condo. However, I realise that the Grand Duke Jupiter resides in that sector in 2005. I have yet to move into the premise. Would it be "safe" for me to undertake renovations now or must I wait till next year when the Grand Duke Jupiter resides in the Northwest sector? Would this also apply to sectors which are afflicted by the 5 Yellow and the 3 killings? With thanks & regards, Larry Koong

Dear Larry, since it's an empty/unoccupied house, the annual afflictions (Grand Duke, 3K, 5 Yellow) have no one to affect. Cheers! SN
