My husband's date of birth is March 3, 1964 and time at 9:40 pm and we live in a South 2 facing house. Our main door is on the south west grid which is his bad direction (his qua is 9). On top of that we have a toilet right above the door which it bad luck. Is it true that by placing a light pointing upwards above the door will lessen the bad luck

Hello Mr Joey Yap, I have a few questions, 1) Do some type of the flowers ( eg.money plant, jade plant ) and fishes ( eg. dragon fish, gold fish, and flower horn fish ) really enhance the Feng Shui in the garden? Is it true or false. If it is true, how many percent of it can enhance the Feng Shui? I think it is only a chinese culture it may be a business strategy? 2) I am an english educated person, is it easy to study in depth, the Feng Shui methodlogy without the chinese language knowledge? 3) To be a member of your Feng Shui club, how much is monthly subsription fee?

Hi! Currently I'm staying in a South sitting apartment & my bedroom is in the SE sector. I would like to tap into my Sheng Qi direction(S, life gua=3). But my room's windows are facing South(S1). If I sleep in this direction, I'll be sleeping pointing to the windows(in practical, I'll be sleeping under the windows since my bed is quite low). Is this OK? Please advise, thanks in advance.

Dear Master Yap, I watch your program on 8TV every Sunday night and I have a question about Feng Shui in the kitchen. I have just moved in to my new condominium. The yard of the unit has been converted into wet kitchen. The stove is put directly under the drainage pipes for the washing machine and sink of the upper unit. I concealed the pipes with the plaster board and the end result looks like a beam above the stove. I then learned that it is bad Feng Shui to have a stove directly under the structural beam. Is the plaster board considered as a beam? If it is, what should I do to correct the Feng Shui? Thank you. Mrs. Soo

Dear Joey, Why south facing properties are more prefered by the house buyers, is this anything to do with feng shui? House buyers prefered the main entrance door and the kitchen/stove of the house to be on the left hand side ( soo called big side or the green dragon side) of the house instead of on the right hand side ( small side or the white tiger side) because of better feng shui, is this true? thanks and regards kee

Dear Master Joey & co., This is regarding placement of my fish aquarium in my house. My house is facing North direction. Do I need to place the aquarium facing towards the door entrance of my house or at the side of it? I am very confuse cause some people said that placing the fish aquarium facing your door entrance will bring wealth 'sui' into your house. Is this true? Best Rgds, Johnson

Hi Joey, I have been told that TV should be located in a position where the viewers (people) sit facing inside of the house instead of putting a TV where viewers sit facing outside of the house. Is there any truth in it? And will putting a TV in a bad sector/good sector of the house gua has any effect like able to discourage interest in watching TV? Regards, David Lee from Kuala Lumpur

Dear Joey, After watching your show last night, I'm beginning to be interested in Feng Shui. My gua is 9 whereas my wife is 1. My family member and close friends called me Li which happen to be 9. Our house is sitting South facing North and it's an end-lot with main door facing North and lots of windows of the east wall of my house. Our masterbedroom in in the North and we slept with head pointed to North. Is it in line with me and my wife? As we are having alot of problem financially, health and relationship. Best Regards.

Hi, I bought a dining table with 6 chairs and put it at my dining hall. Because I put my fridge at my dining hall too, I have to remove two of the dining chairs to give much more space to walk. Is it good to have 4 dining chairs instead of six? Does it reflect any negative to the feng shui in the house? Thank you.

Dear Master Joey, I have 2 questions: a) I was told that one should not sleep facing the opposite or facing a toliet; even if its doors are closed most of the time. b) my personal gua is 2 and my wife's is 4. Both our personal qua's are opposite from each other i.e. what is good for me is bad for her and vice versa. In your recent episode you mentioned that house qua. Even if we manage to get an auspicious room, because of our personal qua's, does that mean we will have to sleep facing different direction? Thanks a lot. Regards, KS Hew (from Penang)
