When we are calculating our four pillars in our BaZi reading charts, if said, that particular person was born in other Country i.e Uk or USA, do not have to convert their time of birth accordingly, if so, which country time should I follows, is it China time, as we understand that BaZi was originated from China. Hi Joey, my date of birth is 23/12/1981. I calculate my gua using the eight mansion feng shui calculator that provided in your website. The answer is Gua 8. I recently purchased a house built in 1962. It is an N1 facing house. It had a fire in it in 2001 and the roof, floors and front door were replaced. It was sold in 2003 and sat vacant until we bought it in Sept 2005. Hi Joey, I just bought BAZI-Destiny Code and it's very enlightening. Couldn't wait for your next advance book. But I've some questions for your: 1) If an element is totally non-existence in the BAZI, eg wood. And wood is the wealth (also wife for man). (You can see why I'm anxious to ask you this question). Can it be created and if can how? a) can it be created by involving in a "Wood" career? b) created by being with somebody who is a wood person? 2) Can you elaborate further on how our to use the chart in "Action is the Cure" chapter (pg 275). Let's say above, we are lacking wealth, do we use the "Companion" factor (arrow tail of the star lines) or should we use Resource (arrow head of the star lines). Or instead we should use the lines of the circle? Could we also use this same chart if the element is totally missing from our BAZI? 3) In the book it says that earth element had special season meaning. Eg Dragon is Spring Earth. In Spring, earth is "Dead", does it mean that it's not effective at all in a person's BAZI? Or the season is only used in relation to the strength of the Day Master? Good morning! Joey I am staying in an apartment on the ground floor. There are these roof poles (poison arrows) pointing into my balcony. I tried to use the curtain to block the view but I find my house is very dark & not airy. I want to hang a concave bagua to protect but not so sure. The reason to use concave bagua because I do not want to hurt my neighbours. My questions to hang the bagua: (1) Is it alright to hang the bagua or do you have other suggestion? (2) The balcony wall is slightly higher than the roof poles, can the bagua be effective? (3) Can I sit under the bagua at the balcony? I would like to enjoy the poolview.
