Is it true that the fung shei of the house changes every seven years? Is it neccessary to change the setting of the house to maintain the fung shei? What is your suggested move? If to move in to a new house, is it importance to refer to the specific date? What would be the elements to concern?

Dear See, if you're wondering whether you have to make a big change every seven years - not true of course. The Time aspect is crucial in Feng Shui. Qi fluctuates every year, month, day, hour even. But that doesn't mean we have to renovate to keep up with the changes. A properly placed door ensures that a building properly receives external Qi. Cheers. SN
