Question Posted: 16 Aug 2005 at 12:00:00 AM
Dear Master Yap, I watch your program on 8TV every Sunday night and I have a question about Feng Shui in the kitchen. I have just moved in to my new condominium. The yard of the unit has been converted into wet kitchen. The stove is put directly under the drainage pipes for the washing machine and sink of the upper unit. I concealed the pipes with the plaster board and the end result looks like a beam above the stove. I then learned that it is bad Feng Shui to have a stove directly under the structural beam. Is the plaster board considered as a beam? If it is, what should I do to correct the Feng Shui? Thank you. Mrs. Soo

Dear Mrs Soo, Plastered board is not considered a beam. In Episode 5 I will be talking about Kitchens. Do remember to watch then. Warm Regards, Joey
