Dear Master Yap. My Sister brought a Condo. Pls advise it is true on Floor 9 and above the facing unit is the facing balcony which is facing South ( S3) not the facing of the unit main door(N1). If 8 floor and below, taking the main doorof the unit instead. How about the building of the facing(S3). I am confuse, Pls adv.

Dear Tang, take the facing of the entire big building block. An apartment is just a big house with many many rooms. It doesn't matter which floor, as long as it's under the same roof. Cheers! SN
