Hi JY and Sherwin, my Self element is yin wood, and my spouse palace is also yin wood. My chart has zero metal element. Does it mean I will remain single forever ? As I understand that metal element significe the husband for a wood lady. my luck pillars only shows metal at old age. Will there be other areas that I can look to to search for possibilities of marriage to happen? Thanks a lot for answering my questions.

I've bought a new house which is facing North. There is a courtyard in the centre of the house. We planned to make a fish pond like a Japanese garden at the courtyard. The pond is sitting on the East and facing West. Is it good to have a fish pond inside the house with this direction?

This is my forth time of writing in to seek an answer to my same question. I have been in the banking line (metal industry) for the past 12 years and I felt that my career is heading southwards with no progress moving foward. I am contemplating of starting up my own business but need to know what is my favourable element. My DM is Earth born in the month of Autumn. From your Bazi Book, my DM appears to be weak, however, I have many companion elements a total of 7 including under the Hidden Stem. Under my Year Pillar I have Metal Element (Heaverly Branch) and Water Element (Earthly Stem) whilst I have one Fire element (Earthly Stem) under the Hour Pillar. I am thinking of a going into partnership to open up a music/day care centre which is Wood Element. Is Wood Element considered to be my favourable element. Your answer is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Dear FS master, We are now in the Period 8 and may I know has all the Period 7 houses/apartment feng shui gone into declining stage because majority of period 7 house/apartment has most of their chart in reverse order now. Appreciate your information on this matter. Thank you.

Dear master yap I have come across some feng shui book talking about the facing of a house. One says that the main door must face a certain direction in order to determine the direction of the house. Another says that the LOCATION of the door determines the direction, here the main door may be located at the (says) Northwest sector but the door is facing NORTH.So what is the position of the door with regard to the house ? Is it considered North or Northwest ? What would the difference from feng shui point of view ? Thanks

My apartment is S2 and I am Kua 6 West group. Someone said that we have to place a water feature at the back of the house which is in the N-NE sector to avoid robbery. Should I place a water fountain there? Thanks.

Hi, Diane, If my house is facing SE & sitting on the NW is it good for Kua 6 person? And how do we determine the good & bad direction, because you have say before sitting of the house is more important? Is this true sitting is more important than facing direction? You have advice me that if a kua 6 person house facing SE, then it must face SE1 & SE3 direction what if not? what can we do? Thank you very much for this help, you have do us a lot of favour.
