OCBC bank invited Joey Yap to present a talk for their premier banking clients and customers in conjunction with Dijaya Properties Berhad. Sponsored by Dijaya, the event took place on Saturday, February 14 at their Villa Green development in Damansara Indah. The talk was an extended Feng Shui workshop that took place between 10 AM and 2 PM.

Joey began his talk by talking about the Feng Shui outlook and predictions for the year. Then he took his audience through a walk-through of the surrounding areas and environment of the Villa Green development before proceeding to an individual show unit. Whilst there, he briefed the audience on the key points of the Feng Shui of the interior, focusing on Main Door, Kitchen, and Bedrooms.

After looking through the unit and giving the audience some Feng Shui tips and pointers that they will be able to implement in their own homes, Joey then went over the material and summarised the key principles for the benefit of the audience. There was an opportunity for audience members to bring up their questions and queries during the Q&A session. There was also a lucky draw session towards the end that gave audience members an opportunity to win some fun prizes.
