As soon as Joey Yap took to the stage, the enthusiastic crowd at the Star City Hotel Ballroom gave him a warm round of applause. Many had been to his previous talks in Sydney and the crowd included Feng Shui enthusiasts from across Australia as well as Feng Shui practitioners and first-time attendees who had come to attend Joey’s Good to Great in 2008 Seminar.

Just a short while before the ambiance outside the ballroom was one of excitement as many of Joey’s fans shared their own experiences and took the time to catch up with the Australian Mastery Academy Team.

Joey’s Good to Great in 2008 was his annual seminar that focused on the outlook for the coming year of the Earth Rat. Without wasting any time, Joey jumped right into the first topic for the day, the Feng Shui Outlook for the year, outlining the various positive and negative areas within a property and how to best make use of them.

The accompanying workbook that had been provided to attendees made it easier for them to follow the seminar and many participants took down notes as Joey spoke.

Naturally, there were many questions from the participants and during the breaks, Joey took the time to clarify these individual questions and help them better understand the Feng Shui of their own property.

The second half of the day held an even more exciting turn for the audience as Joey dissected their individual Chinese Astrology Animal Signs. The Face Reading aspect was new to some of the Feng Shui and Chinese Astrology practitioners; many of the attendees were busy looking at the individual characteristics of their neighbors’ face as Joey went into more detail.

Long lines were the order of the day for the tea break as those who had Joey’s books wanted an autograph and an opportunity to catch up with Joey in person.

Even as Good to Great in 2008 came to a close, many participants lingered and had more questions for Joey and members of the Mastery Academy Australia team. It was an exciting session and his fans were looking forward to having him back in Sydney soon.
