The posh Le Meridien Hotel in the heart of Kuala Lumpur was the congregational point for Priority and SME clients of the global banking giant, Standard Chartered Bank, on that Tuesday evening. The Bank wished to thank its prominent clients for their support throughout last year, and expressed its gratitude in the form of a talk by classical Feng Shui consultant, Joey Yap!
This special occasion was graced by the Country Head of Consumer Banking in Malaysia together with various top management personnel of the Bank. Light meals and refreshments were served as the crowd gathered at the lobby reception of the Sultan's Ballroom, and as Joey arrived, the enthusiastic crowd quickly moved to take up all available seats inside the adjoining Ballroom.
After the welcoming address from the Bank, an enthusiastic round of applause warmly welcomed Joey, as all eyes in the room were focused on him when he strolled to the front to address his audience. And entertain and educate them he did, as he launched into a lively narration on what awaits everyone in 2007.
The talk ended with questions from the enthusiastic crowd as Joey dealt with each and every question with forthright replies and kept the audience smiling with his witty remarks.
