Many had gathered early for his talk on his two latest books: Feng Shui for Homebuyers – Interior and Feng Shui for Homebuyers – Exterior. The eager crowd did not mind having to stand due to limited seats and some took the opportunity to meet Joey personally before the talk and have a chat with him.
Joey gave a brief introduction on Feng Shui for Homebuyers, focusing on locational and directional aspects. He also spoke to the audience about the basic Feng Shui concepts for interior and exterior of a property.
At the talk, Joey outlined the aspects that needed to be considered to identify the key Feng Shui features of a home and how it can help homebuyers to select properties using the basic principles of Luan Tou Feng Shui or Landform Feng Shui.
Joey also explained how one could apply basic Feng Shui principles to calculate Life and House Gua, analyse the floor plans, or fine-tune Feng Shui to eliminate the need for major renovations
“Learning and understanding the use of basic Feng Shui methods like Flying Stars and Eight Mansions coupled with the observations of the environment where we live and work will help us to improve our quality of life,” Joey said.
After the talk, a majority of the attendees stayed on for a question and answer session. Those who had purchased Joey Yap’s books also took the chance to get an autograph and have him signed their books.
Joey also gave away 10 free tickets to five winners in a lucky draw for his upcoming Face & Destiny seminar in Singapore on 13th August 2006 at each bookstore.
