On 18th June 2006, Desa KipCity Sdn Bhd invited JOEY YAP to give a talk on Feng Shui at the launching of their KiPARK Cheras bungalow lots project. Open to public, the launch was attended by over 200 people.

KipCity specially invited Joey Yap to enlighten the prospective buyers on the Feng Shui characteristics of the new project, consisting of 96 units of various types of bungalow.

In his usual jovial mood, Joey Yap shared his thoughts with the audience who were fixated with his fascinating style of delivery. He explained about the Feng Shui theories and practice that needed to be taken into account while looking to buy a property.

After the hour-long talk, some of the guests took the opportunity to meet up with Joey Yap and get clarifications on Feng Shui issues that were still unclear to them.
