More than 500 attendees visited the Boss Rescue Conference held in Premiera Hotel Kuala Lumpur on 18th April 2015. The event was held live for the first time in Kuala Lumpur and marked the first collaboration between School of Charisma, Success Resources International and Melody.FM, Malaysia's all-time favorite Chinese radio channel. The conference was organised in conjunction with the Boss Rescue Campaign ran by Melody.FM with the aim to share ideas and guidelines with potential and existing business owners on how they can implement different skills and successful techniques to turnaround their own businesses.
The prominent speakers on board the event included top consultant for Joey Yap Consulting Group, Sky Chan, the founder of renowned hair salon, A Cut Above, Datin Winnie Loo and Steve Wee, director of Brand Yourself, Wong Chui Ling, co-founder from School of Charisma and the anchor for Melody. FM's breakfast show, 'Morning Boss'. The event also attracted established speakers such as Richard Tan, founder of Success Resources International, Peng Joon, CEO of SmoobleInc, Lai Chee Hoe, litigation partner of Chee Hoe & Associates, Jin Tan, founder of MyBrandApp and celebrity guest, Tung Mei Chin. During this one-day event, Sky Chan gave a speech on 'DRT Career Profiling Report', a revolutionary system designed to empower career seekers and business leaders with the knowledge to make better hiring, selection and performance management decisions. He first spoke on how an individual can analyse their characteristics and careers suited for them using their BaZi charts and which element should one seek for opportunities for growth, promotion, wealth and both tangible and intangible assets.
He described the benefits and purpose of the DRT Career Profiling Report and the attendees took a huge interest in knowing how the report can benefit themselves and their esteemed organisations. He also explained on each of the section in the career report and how it will relate to their abilities, strengths and weaknesses in the long run. The attendees were encouraged to visit the Joey Yap Research International booth to be the first thirty participants to register for a DRT Peak Performance workshop and obtain their complimentary DRT profile report. The response was overwhelming with attendees inquiring about the subject matter and signing up for the DRT Career Profiling Report and two-hour workshop.
