The recent property launch by MTT Properties and Development Sdn. Bhd. was made more exciting with a talk on Feng Shui by Dato' Joey Yap in the morning event that took place on May 18, 2014 in Prince of Wales Island International School in Penang, Malaysia. The hour-long talk was presented to 250 of MTT Properties' clients.

In his talk, Dato' Joey brought up the importance of utilizing the right sector of a house in order to achieve specific goals in life. He addressed issues related to having negative sectors by urging the participants to focus on positive sectors in a property, instead of the negative ones.

Towards the end of his talk, he also elaborated on the positive landforms that potential buyers should keep an eye for and how a property can be benefited from the auspicious Qi of a positive external environment.
