The recent Open House event held by One Amerin Mall & Residence was further enlivened by an informative session by Dato' Joey Yap on Feng Shui Strategies for Property Investors. His hour-long talk was geared towards helping the audience identify the good and negative features of a property based on observation of the environment. The Open House event took place on March 22, 2014 in One Amerin Residence in Selangor, Malaysia and was attended by One Amerin's Managing Director, Mr. John Lim.

Dato' Joey kicked off his session with a broad evaluation of the natural formation around a property. He emphasised that location of mountains and directions of natural water could be used as the determining factor for selecting and gauging the potential of a property. The preferred qualities and directions of these natural formations are then uncovered, much to the delight of the audience.

The topic of Feng Shui for high-rise buildings was included as well to help audience screen the most suitable housing unit for investment or for residences. The session ended at 1.30 pm.
