The recent Home Fiesta property event was enlivened by an informative session conducted by Dato' Joey Yap, a talk which focused on the outlook for the Wood Horse Year (2014). The event was presented to 300 registered members of CIMB Property Mart in Istana Hotel, Kuala Lumpur on December 14, 2013 from 11am onwards. His talk mainly touched on topics such as the individual outlook for each Animal Sign for 2014 and the positive as well as negative property sectors for the upcoming year.

Dato' presented the outlook of what the Wood Horse Year has to offer through different sessions and by using suitable examples. He identified the good and bad sectors of the Wood Horse Year, and alongside with that, the Feng Shui Annual Flying Stars and the Twelve Animal Signs forecast for 2014 were also revealed and discussed.

The session that followed targeted mainly on the Wealth Star dwelling in the said year - how to identify and activate them for each month in 2014. Participants were in for a pleasant surprise when Dato' divulged the different prosperous sectors for certain sector within a property. The talk came to an end at 12pm.
