Malaysia Speakers Association (MSA) invited Joey Yap to deliver an hour-long talk titled Business Outlook for 2013 in their recent Convention on April 21, 2013 in Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, Selangor, Malaysia. The event, which gathered some of the most popular speakers in the country to share their thoughts and entrepreneur advice, was attended by MSA President, Mr. Beh Leong Kee and 400 other SME owners from various industries.

Joey took to the stage at 4pm and began showing the audience the business viewpoint of BaZi - and through this, he identified, based on one's BaZi Chart, whether it is suitable for an individual to be a business owner or employee. He expanded the subject with the knowledge from Face Reading (Mian Xiang), and delighted the audience by analysing the facial features that will denote strong potential in business.

He also revealed the positive and negative sectors in a property and how this Feng Shui technique will help improve a person's business and career prospects in 2013.
