Most of the corporate talks for which Joey Yap is engaged usually take place in hotels, ballrooms and clubhouse meetings rooms - so it was a great suprise when the talk organised by HSBC and RB Land held in Seremban 2 was actually organised in open air.

It was an interesting and very unique concept - held in the evening, this talk was held at a large cul de sac in the exclusive gated community of Seremban 2. Tables were laid out for the many affluent attendees and residents of Seremban, this was a unique opportunity to catch Joey Yap's talk without having to travel down to Kuala Lumpur.

The evening began with the traditional round of introductions before Joey Yap took the stage, welcomed by the HSBC Manager in Seremban, Tengku Badli Shah. The crowd was eager to see what Joey Yap would say about the year ahead and they listened with rapt attention.
