Property developer, Brunsfield Sime Darby invited over 300 guests consisted of the company's Top Management team, existing clients and potential homeowners to a Chinese New Year Open House 2013 in Oasis Gallery, Selangor. The event, which was held on February 24, 2013, also saw Joey Yap taking the stage for an hour-long session on the Property Outlook for 2013 to enlighten the crowds on the progress of the property market this year.

The session started off with a look at the BaZi chart of 2013, as well as an analysis on the Annual Flying Stars techniques for Water Snake year. Joey later touched on the impacts of both the short- and long-term investments for different types of properties from the Feng Shui and BaZi points of view.

Audience was especially attentive when Joey revealed the positive and negative sectors for home and their impacts on various key aspects in life. He went on to elaborate on the art of Face Reading where audience had a great time attempting to read each other's facial features for different insights.
