Tucked away snugly in a hilly area of Bayan Lepas, Hotel Equatorial played host on January 27, 2013 to this year's Penang stop for Joey Yap's Feng Shui & Astrology 2013 Seminar. The full-day seminar was no stranger to large assemblage as crowds extending to thousands in number visit this event every year in the hope of gaining the right footing to blaze through the year in high note.

Excitement rose when Joey took to the stage at 10am - and in his signature witty manner, began reminding the audience that to recognise the opportunities around them, the importance of Change process in life cannot be understated. He went on deeper to elaborate on the BaZi Chart of Malaysia in order to uncover the good and bad side the Water Snake will usher in for 2013.

Gaining momentum, he began to expound on the annual influence of Qi in 2013 and the element that will be favoured and those that are forecasted to take the hit in next twelve months explained with course of solution elaborated. Joey also reminded the audience that it wasn't too late to impose prevention measure by taking on the positive Flying Stars sectors for 2013.

As the day drew to an end, participants took the chance to have a closer interaction with Joey in a book-signing session that took place right after the seminar.
