Joey Yap was invited by Sunrise Bhd to present a talk on August 06 2010, between 7.30 to 8.30PM. Joey's presentation topic was 'Feng Shui for Property Investment'. The talk was mainly targeted towards Sunrise prospective clientele and valued customers.

Joey spoke at length about utilising Feng Shui for property, and described factors and elements for which to look out to make the best use of Feng Shui consultations. He advised prospective buyers on what environmental and internal features to assess when evaluating and investing property from a Feng Shui standpoint.

The event was well-attended by interested property buyers and developers. Many of the people present were keen to meet with Joey in person and ask him a few Feng Shui related questions.
