Joey Yap was invited to present a talk at Tropicana Grande at the elegantly decorated Sales Gallery on the evening of June 26th. It was an evening of overwhelming support from more than 400 VIP guests of Dijaya Corporation.

The room was filled with guests at all four corners of the room as diehard fans kept pouring in and listened ardently to Joey's "Feng Shui for High Rise Living". Guests were advised on how to enhance the various facets of their lives by highlighting the auspicious and inauspicious sectors of their properties through the discovery of their Gua numbers.

The crowd was roaring with laughter, tickled by Joey's funky sense of humour when he gave some eye-opening tips on Face Reading before ending the 1-hour talk with a short Question and Answer Session followed by a scrumptious buffet dinner, accompanied by a live band.
