Joey Yap was invited to present a talk on "BaZi Personality Profiling" at the Asia Pacific Banks Conference 2010, which was hosted by Citibank at the elegantly refined Four Seasons Hotel Macao in Macau in the evening of June 2.
The conference was a landmark event in the business-to-business relations of the banking and financial sectors in the Asia Pacific region. Key industry players had gathered to exchange views on global developments and industry outlook, share expert knowledge and foster new strategic alliances.
The evening session was well attended by about 130 participants of high management level from leading banking and financial institutions, including Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, ING Vysya Bank, Asia United Bank, Bank Muamalat, Oliver Wyman, International Finance Corporation (IFC), PricewaterhouseCoopers, Society for Worldwide Interbank Telecommunication (SWIFT), Bain & Company and Limbic Human Capital.
Joey's talk could not have been timely as it was delivered against a backdrop of ongoing economic and political crises playing out in different corners of the world. Members of the audience listened with rapt attention as he unveiled to them his watershed development - a BaZi Profiling system based on the highly precise BaZi (Chinese Astrology) system of character analysis, which uses an individual's date of birth to determine character at three different levels.
Joey enthusiastically explained to his audience how his BaZi Profiling System can be used effectively to their great advantage, compared to conventional profiling techniques, in unleashing personal potential to achieve peak performance - both at individual and organization levels.
