The publisher of Creative Home, a monthly magazine on interior design for homes, invited Joey Yap as a special guest for their 'Creative Home Talk Show'. The event was held on Saturday, December 19 at the Plenary Theatre Auditorium of KL Convention Centre. Listening attentively to Joey's talk entitled 'Interior Feng Shui' were upmarket homeowners, homebuyers, real estate agents, interior designers and architects.

Joey guided his audience on how to select and what to prioritise when screening the interior of a house from the Internal Forms Feng Shui perspective. In describing what positive and negative Feng Shui features to look out for, he also helped put to rest some unfounded fears about Feng Shui inside the house. He then proceeded to show simple and affordable techniques on how to make the best use of Feng Shui consultations and renovations in rectifying internal Feng Shui flaws.

With 2010 just round the corner, Joey even managed to share with the audience some timely tips on Feng Shui and Chinese Astrology in the Year of the Metal Tiger during the live talk show.
