Joey Yap was invited by NAZA Group of Companies' property division, NAZA TTDI to present a talk on Sunday, September 6. The event was held at NAZA's The Valley property development in Ampang, and began at 5:30 PM.

The talk was mainly targeted towards NAZA TTDI's prospective clientele and valued customers for The Valley property development. Joey spoke on the Feng Shui attributes of the development, drawing attention to the key favourable Feng Shui factors that marked out the development.

He also gave the appreciative guests an impromptu 'on-site consultation,' as many of the audience participants were keen to know how to identify a good and viable Feng Shui property that is personalised to their own needs. Joey took the guests through the showroom and used specific audience members as examples to help the rest understand just how Feng Shui can be customised and tailored to individual needs and concerns. The event was well-attended by the public and senior management of NAZA TTDI.
