Joey Yap was invited by Popular Bookstore to present a talk during its Popular Bookfair in Kuala Lumpur. Joey's presentation took place at the Main Stage in Hall 2 of the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, where the Bookfair was taking place.

Between 1 and 2 PM on Sunday, August 30th, Joey kept his audience members fascinated with a talk on 'Feng Shui for Property Investment.' Using his skilled expertise in translating ancient and complex Feng Shui formulas into understandable techniques that can be used by the public, Joey taught the audience the rudimentary factors of using Feng Shui to invest wisely in property.

Being a hot topic in the current economic climate, Joey's talk was well-attended by Feng Shui fans and regular book fans alike, all of whom were keen to learn more applicable Feng Shui tactics to use in real world situations like property investment. At the end, many were keen to talk to Joey and ask him a few questions, and were also happy to get their books signed by him.
