Joey Yap was invited by Sime Darby Property to present a talk at Bukit Jelutong on Saturday, April 18 2009. Joey spoke largely on the property sector from a Feng Shui perspective.

Using examples and analogies of his own experiences in performing Feng Shui audits, he talked about how Feng Shui factors can improve the property’s value, in addition to improving the lives of the residents and inhabitants of the building. The talk was well-attended by Sime Darby valued clients and members of the public.
