Joey Yap was invited by Sime Darby Property to present a talk for property investors from a Feng Shui perspective. The talk was held at the beautiful surroundings of the Sime Darby Convention Centre in Kuala Lumpur between 11 AM and 12:30, and was open to the public. Joey's talk was focused on all the pertinent issues property owners and residents should look out for from a Feng Shui perspective.

Joey drew from examples of his past consulting work on Sime Darby properties. He used analogies his own experiences in performing Feng Shui audits to enable audiences to understand how Feng Shui factors can improve the property's value, in addition to improving the lives of the residents and inhabitants of the building. As it was open to the public, the audience comprised of people with varying levels of knowledge and familiarity with Feng Shui who were keen to hear about Feng Shui use for property on both a detailed yet introductory level. Joey's clear explanations were definitely a major draw for the audience members present.
