I am new in FS. Actually, it is my daughter who is an avid fan of yours. She is also new in FS. She dreams of attending one of your english seminars soon in KL. She reads and searches in the internet about your write-ups.
I have a few questions. Hope you have the time to answer it.

1.). For the past 3 years, I am quite feeling low because last 2010 I suffered a stroke and the past 2 years business was not doing good. I would like to ask if you could see any good in my wealth and health?

2.). I have been planning to sell a property which could help me and my family financially. Do you think it is a good idea? I have been thinking since price of property might go up and of course I want to have a good price for it.
