I am currently designing my friends home. Bought a vacant land in Mukim Petaling. I need your expert advise desperately...been reading too many variations that my head is about to explode. Her name is Jessie and DOB as shown above.

Here goes:
I would like to incorporate the necessary requirements ie location of main door, kitchen and bedroom.
Its will be a 3x3 square home.
I have 4 questions if you could help me please.
1) Is NE facing for a main door really a demon's gate? Or the option of shifiting it to North is better? (note house and main door facing will be the same)
2) Can I place the staircase in a bad sector?
3) Can I have courtyards in a bad sector?
4) Is it okay to have a shallow koi pond in front of house and wrapping along dragon side(east) of house?
