Is it true that I should not rent a shoplot which is below/lower than the mainroad? If so, why are those tenants like KFC and pizzahut and the rest of the shops are doing very good business there? I appreciated if you could help to answer this question because my intention is to rent the shop next to Pizzahut for my first 24 hours' convenience store like 7eleven but using my own brand name. Dear Priscilla, It's not true that all shop lots below the main road is not good. There are many considerations.
