I've been reading your Pure Feng Shui book and doing calculations using your site, in order to finally get some proper Feng Shui calculations done(wasted a lot of time with contradictory "new age" feng shui books before I realized they must be wrong if so full of errors--Cate Bramble set me on the proper path--Classical Feng Shui) in order to improve my "wealth" in life. (Health and Relationships are not issues at this time)
You mention that we have 33% Heaven/Man/Earth "Luck" and then I notice while laying out the palaces, pretty much all of my apartment/house(technically an apt, but each apt is separate building) except 2 palaces is "bad" and I looked at other charts in period 7 and 8 to see what an optimal house facing chart would be and notice that they all have at least 4 bad palaces(for wealth, 3/5, health, 2 sitting, etc.) which takes the 33% down to what, like 10%?
So, if my man luck is let's say at least 15%, and my Feng Shui luck is about 10%, then even if my Heaven luck is full 33%(which I'm sure it's not, so let's say at least 15%) or at least 15%, then I'm working with only 40% luck, or 55% if I fully optimize my "man luck."
If this is the case in general, how is anyone supposed to get anywhere? Am I missing something in my calculations? It doesn't seem to make sense to me that you would only use like 2 or 3 rooms in a house just to not activate the annual and facing/sitting stars--what's the point of having a house at that point?
(TL,DR:Feng Shui seems to have a minimal impact on your overall luck, limiting your use of your own house to 2 or 3 rooms, maybe 4 in most charts, so what's the point of having a house at all? (Am I figuring this wrong?)
Thanks for your time.
