The correct way to choose the right career is NOT dependent of the ELEMENT of the industry alone. This is only the elementary step. The better way is to based it on the USEFUL God.

However, selecting the USEFUL GOD merely tells us the industry and job function. Success in a career depends greatly on the SKILLS that the person has acquired based on his BaZi chart. Different charts suit different skillsets. Now, if the person did not acquire the skills specific to his chart, that means he /she will not be able to achieve great heights in his career even if it is the correct Useful God element/star.
