In your book there seems to be more clashes than combination in one's life. Which will prevail if both appears in the same year? What does Zheng Yin Ge means to one's chart? Thanks. Chan

Dear Chan, a clash is not always bad, and a combination is not always good. Combine, clash, harm, destroy - ALL can happen in the same timespan, if shown in the chart. An example, a person can be promoted, then get hit by a car at the same time; someone in the family may become ill too. It makes BaZi reading easier if you have a reference point, like a question on what you want to find out. The study of BaZi is very 'Ling Huo' - alive and full of movements, and that, my friend is the beauty of it. Cheers! SN
