Dear Aloy, The answer is NO. Is is true that the Star 7 is no longer in its Prosperous Qi stage, so we switch our attention to the Star 8. That is all. The effects of Period 8 actually started a few years before 2004 (Qi does not shift overnight). Anyway, there are old buildings in the UK for example, that are still doing well, despite being Period 4 or 5. If indeed ONLY Period 8 buildings will prosper, many buildings and people in the world will be in trouble, right? Lastly, Flying Stars is only one aspect of Feng Shui. Don't forget the mountains and rivers that give Qi to an area. These unchanging features can last hundreds and hundreds of years. Hope this clears your worries. Cheers! SN
