Dear DY, I get my new house on Jan 06. But I dont dare to do any renovation like install grill, lighting, curtain, air-corn, renovate kitchen and etc to my new house (for your information, I still stay at my current appartment). The reason is my wife is pregnant and going to deliver on August 06. I will only move into my new house after my wife deliver. My question is: Will it have any effect to my unborn baby and my wife if I do those thing before my wife deliver? Regards, Philip
