Dear Ella, I am the official Instructor for Holland. I have advertised courses in Holland for the past three years but have had little response. I have more response from Belgium so have moved my classes there. If there are three students in Holland for M1 and M2 then I will run a course there at any time suitable to yourself. Joey does not teach M1 or M2 outside of Malaysia and that is why he has appointed a few instructors around the world who are qualified to run his courses. I teach in varying countries around the world and am happy to set a course up anywhere where it is required. Once he has sufficient students then he would be prepared to teach Module 3 there.
