Dear Joey, they always say that place this or that, do this or that, don't do any renovation at your house for a particular sector. my question is, if i'm staying in a house, but it's under my sister name (property is not under my name), and my sister is not staying with me, as i'm staying with my wife only in that house, do i need to follow all this? don't do renovation at 3killings, GDJ and 5 yellow area, put water feature in north, ... if i do all these, will it helps me? or lead me to trouble? the second question is, monday to friday, i'm staying with my wife's family's house, which is near to my current office, and i only go back to my house with my wife during weekend, so, if i want to activate north with water features, should i do it in both houses? i want it to have effect on me and my wife only. in other words, if we do something to the house, will it affect the occupants? or the owner of the house? Hi Leonard, an interesting question you brought up. It does not matter who owns the property, but who LIVES in the property. In Feng Shui, we talk about the Qi (energy) that is contained inside a property - the more time you spend in one place, the more the Qi there affects you.
