Dear Tey, brow tatoo may not be able to help much. The quality of the eyebrows are much about the shape and hairs. But bear in mind that 'xiang you xin sheng' - the face 'grows' from the heart. Our face will slowly change when our heart/personality/attitude changes. Cheers! SN
