I plan to buy a house, which was suppose to be period 7 house. I intended to do some renovation with the house and my question is, after the renovation, will it be consider at Period 8? thanks.

Dear Ken,
If you do not live in the house at present but intend moving in when you have renovated, then it is a period 8 house. If you have been living in it for a few years then it is a period 7 house. You will need to remove the entire roof in order for the period to change.
