I am staying in a Period 8 N1 house. My kua is 4 and am a Rooster. I am wondering if I can put an active water feature at the West location because I was told it's good for the Rooster? Thank you for the reply.

I would definitely NOT put a water feature in the West. It would be very bad for you.
